A rift is often created between
persons because of misunderstandings. The differences arise more because of
imaginary than real apprenhensions, Hence, whenever such estrangement grows, an
attempt should be made to find solution either directly or through the help of
intermediaries. In order to nip posibilities of misunderstanding in the bud,
organisational skill necesitates a continuous endeavour to keep the associated
persons aware of real state of affairs. If the members of the family could be
conviced that responsible behaviour and faith result in personal progress and
adventage, the former would not fall a prey to foreign forces of
aliennation.
