Education is justifable only when it creats an environment conducive to development of a culture, talented and effficient personality in an individual.

The responsibility of guardians are no less serious and complex than that of a teacher.  Brodly speaking a teacher is supposed to be responsible for  complation of assigned course of  the education only. Student too feel satishfied with this much and guardians do not expect  anything beyond. Such an environment is condemnable for three specific reasons. It lacks active involment of the teacher, the taught and the guardians, two­-three is an attitude of mutual indifference prevailing amongst the three and the three- the education does not take care of the development of total personality of the individual. Such an environment becomes a formudable an obstacle in progress of the student and prevents the later in performance of duty towards the society.

The utility of education does not end with obtaining good division in the examination and securing a respectable means of livelyhood thereafter. Many illitrate and uneducated persons are also found accumulating wealth. Education is justifable only when it creats an enviorment conducive to development of a culture, talented and efficient personality in an individual. It is the responsible of the teaching system to envolve a suitable environment for this purpose.
