The present
system of education lacks ingrediants of the ancient totally of personality
development. Now a days the aims and objectives of studentship are reduced to
merely passing an examination based on a prescribed curriculum. Whereas an one
hand the student considers this much as his institutional responsibility, the
teacher do not the emotional void created by the periods of seperation of the
former from their guardians. It is, therefore, necessary to establish an
atmosphere of mutual trust in educational institutions so that the student
scinecerly follow the advice rendered by the teachers for development of their personality.
