Let us now consider on individual establishment. The function of an industry depends on the activities of its machines, workers and supervisors. Over and above them are managers who take care of all aspects of management .The managers also take care that a proper system is maintained to keep the customer satisfied with the finished product. It is also their responsibility to keep the workers duty-conscious and efficient. The honor credibility and promotions of manager, depends on the above capacities of the individual. The same analogy holds true about management of family and teaching and learning institutions, efficiency of governance of which is the only basis for their all-round success. Although significance of organisational skill is well-known in financial, political and social crises, it is all the more required for the formidable objectives of making man more humble, civilized and dedicated to ideals. The trainers of animals in a circus are appreciated for taming not only raw wild animals but also the ferocious ones who are made experts in performance of unusual feats like trained artists. The sanctity and utility of the family and school environment can only be justifiable if it is helpful in cultural evolution of a raw and lay cammunity to a level where it can bring out talents in the society for the welfare of the community as a whole.
