During
the course of teaching, delivering lecture to a class of students itself is not
sufficient. It is necessary to keep in mind the pshchic desposition of each
student. An intimate relationship is required to be establishbed and the
student suitably guided according to changing environment to enable the former
escape distractions and follow the right path of progress. In order to make
this efficasious, the character and personality of the guide must also be of a
high order leaving an impact of wisdom and uprightness on the student. Institutions
which produce not only litrate intellctuals but also persons of high character
dedicated to the welfare of society in true sense, justify the specific purpose
of education. The dignity of each teacher, each institution lies in the
totality of endeavour for development of these characteristics in the student.
