Go to bed early in the night, get up early in the monrning, work hard to the extend the strength of the body allows. Just as strength is reduced by not working, over – exterction also drains out strength. Those, who have to exert more than their strength allows, die without living long enough. Stomach should be allowed to take rest for atleast two days in a month. There should be a schedule of fast on a appointed date after gap of a fortnight. There should be a total abstention from eating that day. Of course, a lot of water should be taken so that washing out of internal drity elements gets faciliated. Proctect yourself from excess of cold and heat, but tolerate them as much as you can. This enhances body tolerance and strenght to eliminate illness
