The policy of mutual coordination of efforts, tolerance and adoption of an attitude conducive to development of an atmosphere of trust, attracting automic voluntary assisstance, is always helpful. Sensible are those who make an effort to make amends for the loss and befriend the alienated. Estrangement brings nothing but harm to either parties, whereas maintenance of an environment full of trust and goodwill is always benrficial. This aspect should be all the more clear to the manager of organisations where factions andd dissensions are rampant.
