Quite a few
soldiers die or become wounded on a battle – front. Some of them are also
favourites of or ralated to the commander –in – chief. If the latter begins to
mourn the death and worry about each of them he can not formulate the tactics
appropriately accorrding to the constantly changing strategy of war and would
expose both himself as well as his force to a potentiality dangeerous
situations of loss as well as of gain, find it possible to make a correct
assessment of the present enviornment and formulate an appropriate plan for the
future. Equanimity is, therefore, absolutely necessary for any head of
organisation.
