even mean alignments between people having evil designs necessitate a certain
degree of talent, how is it possible to advance in excellence without it? Lack of talents is the most crucial issue of
the day. Whoever is remembered for a memorable performance in course of history,
had possessed talent along with an appropriate degree of humility behavior.
Guardians and teachers play the key role in development of attributes of talent
in an individual, since it is under their care the initial development of man
takes place. A green plant can be given any shape and wet clay may be used to
make any type of pottery or toy, whereas it is difficult to change a dried wood
or dry lump of clay, which retain their shape and break under pressure without
yielding. This is what happens to people. Rarely does human pattern of behavior
change after adolescence.

remains in constant need of one thing or the other and multifarious attempts
are made to fulfill these requirements. Amongst the various necessities of

the other hand, is found squandering time, and energy in wasteful degenerating

indeviduals who possess a high caliber of talents and meritorious
charactererstics referred to above. The solution to eradiction of big social
maladies lies mainly in development of outstanding personalities.

meetings, public celebrations, festival and family dinners necessiate
large-scale multi -faced arrangements, eith which arwe also associated great

efficiency and talents of the organizers. Only those who have the capacity of
the conceptualize all aspect of project in totality and arrange for all needs

Choice
of incompatible associates also does become a cause of failure. On the other
hand, paucity of resources is hardly a coinstraint. Work can be accomplished
even with few associates. Nevertheless, credibility of these persons must be of
a higher order. However, for the selection of right type of workers, one must
have the wisdom of making correct choice. A person with a lowly bent of mind
and narrow point of view chooses persons of his own type and since such persons
can be easily enticed with promise of little returns, one feels inclined to
take their help. As a consequence, whatever is achieved with the help of such
persons is also substandard and the performance is much below the mark. Hence
one is advised to choose appropriate type of associate for work. Where it does
not appear possible, instead of taking the entire responsibility on one’s own
self in over- enthusiasm, it would be better to work as associate of some
system with proven organization skill. In this process, one may get lesser remuneration, limited credit or may even be
deprived of fulfilling high personal ambitions, but augmentation of experience
and prudence is decisively assured.
