People should be educated to
follow similar codes of behaviour and thus create an atmosphere of cogenity in
all places of public gathering. While earning wages, employees must also aquire
from their places of working a cultue which could incoperate human values in their personal and social spheres.where
community programmes are organised for specific purpose, the environment should
also be made conducive to motivate the associated person in idealism and duty
consciousness without any force of compulsion. Creation of such an enveironment
would make offices and working places creaditable for not merely being
producive, but also for imbibing excellence in employee.
