The policy of mutual coordination of efforts, tolerance and adoption of an attitude conducive to development of an atmosphere of trust, attracting automic voluntary assisstance, is always helpful.

Each endeavour needs an exchange of ideas, assisstance and interchange of resources. This type of inteteraction is characterstics of human spices only. Each member of human community differs from the other in bialogical characterstics. The temprament of any two may or may not be similar.

The policy of mutual coordination of efforts, tolerance and adoption of an attitude conducive to development of an atmosphere of trust, attracting automic voluntary assisstance, is always helpful. Sensible are those who make an effort  to make amends for the loss and befriend the alienated. Estrangement brings nothing but harm to either parties, whereas maintenance of an environment full of trust and goodwill is always benrficial. This aspect should be all the more clear to the manager of organisations where factions andd dissensions are rampant.
