Seeds of
talent are present in a dormant state in each human being and provided a
suitable environment under an expert guidance can be made to grow into a
fructifying tree. There is a fable about an orphand cub which on being reared
up in company of jackals began to beh
ave like one of them. But once moving timidly in the bushes ,it fell in company of a tiger, which made it realize its true identity and shed its cowardice once for all. What was it that changed a howling jackal into roaring tiger? Nothing had changed in the physique of the cub. One need not
look for talents in the world without. Talents lie dormant within self and it
is just sufficient to be a human being for making them alive. There are no
other constraints ,whatsoever, ignoring all classes of blue blooded men, talents
choose such outcasts as Ravidas and kabir. Disregarding the brave and the

Only
talented persons can shoulders the responsibility of big assignments. These are
the people who will be made use in smoothening the incongruities of social
fabric and structuring of a bright future for mankind during this juncture of
the centuries. Clarion call of the century is for such individuals only. Time is
anxiously waiting to shape them to the destiny of huminity.
