A constant
care shoulld be taken to remove dirt and gabarage and for repair of broken and
unfuctional articles. Generally the owner leaves such jobs for servants or
others on excuse of shortage of time overlooking the advantages by incoporation
of orderliness in nature and expertise in practice. In this context it is not
relevant whether the responsibility transferred to others is big or trival.
When intimately personal work is entrusted to someone else, one can not by
fully assured that it would be appropriately performed at the right time.
Besides, shirking responsibility sets a bad examlple of indolence for other
associates. The habit of passing on responssibility of small jobs to othere for
own convience thus creates big obstacles in development of personal talent and
refinement of organisational skill.
