GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELPS THEMSELVES



A constant watch should be kept on body, for its regularity of appetite, sleep and defecation. Similarly it must also be seen that an appropriate level of zeal, courage and exhilaration is maintain in mind. The moment some irregularity is noticed, immediate corrective measures should be undertaken instead of wasting time in neglect and difference. Here, it is to be kept in mind, that in treatment of any disease, doctors only a marginal role. For lasting improvement the patient has to systematise own habits of food. Lost health can be regain by adopting regularity, self – restraint and alacrity for cleanliness. In this way any healthy person can also make oneself much stronger.
