The truth is, however quite contrary. ‘yog’ is a highly specialized science. It is based on two basic principles. One is ‘tapascharya’ which may be broadly understood as imbibition of self-discipline, following specified ethical codes of conduct and for achieving desired objective making oneself accustomed to bearing with self- imposed harsh environment which is known as ‘titeekcha’ ‘ascertisim’.  For this very objective, provisions have been made for many types of fasts, ritual, pledges and a verity of fasts and long barefooted journey to places of piligrimage. But these are merely means and not the aim. The objective is to imbibe such a high degree of credibility  ‘pramanikta’, excellance and humility in character, which is able to provide sufficient strength to resist any tempatation or pressure, deviating one from the steadfastness of objectives. The aim is to develop sufficient strength  to enable one to resist temptation of any unethical practice whateverso, even at the cost of facing intimidation, attack or terrorism by evil persons. Many rituals have been incoporated in ‘tapascharya’ to develop and maintain the steady state of mind described as above. It is suprising that forgetting the main objective, people get lost in rituals and expect to become superhumans with the help of such rituals only.

What man needs today is permanency of these divine attributes, their augmentation each day and ultimate utilization for the finale of the new world order which is growing now as a seed and will be converted in the new era into a large banyan tree.

The desires of modern man are confined to his prosperity, health and fame, An everage man is found busy working day and night for the same. Whatever little one is achieves is found evaporating in space in no time. In this confounding environment of dilemma and confusion one should try to understand and make other understand that the epicenter of numerous divine attributes is the ‘pragnai’ (bio –energy) within one’s own self, activation of which should be regarded as the ultimatum endeavour of man and considered bestowed of the supreme grace of God.
