an unanticipated happening, which at times takes place because of some unseen
reasons. Such exceptions of one or two percent cannot established rule. Only
that can be accepted as a principles which proves right ninety eight on ninety
nine percent cases. Thus the princilples of self- reliance is true. It is a
universal truth that desired success is within ourselves—we can see it
happening most often and almost everywhere that one achieve what one is worthy of.
